The Zimbra Collaboration Suite offers the ability to share resources among users much like an Exchange server. Regardless of what resource you share, the share must be configured to allow access to approved users. This is NOT restricted to users within your domain. It is possible to add external users to your shared resource, however access will be restricted.

Use the following to begin the process of creating the share:

  1. Login to your Zimbra Account
  2. Click on the Preference tab at the top of the Zimbra interface.
  3. Continue below, Select from resources available for sharing:

All options can be change at anytime.
