View Your Billing Plan

Your Billing Plan is a summary of how you're being billed for our hosted email services. The bill you receive may reflect additional charges, fees, or credits that have been applied to your account.

  1. Login to the control panel with an Administrative account.
  2. On left navigation bar under Client Account, click Billing.

The page lists of your current subscriptions, billing schedule, next bill due date, subtotal and the balance due.

View Your Statements

  1. Login to the control panel with an Administrative account.
  2. On navigation side bar under Client Account, click Billing.
  3. Either click the Statements tab or under Balance Due Now click the details button.

The page lists your billing statements by service periods. To see a statement in more detail, click its details button.
