To reset a password just follow the steps below based on account type.

Reset End-User Password

Resetting your password for your End-user account is as simple as going to our End-user password reset form and inputting your email address. Once you click Reset Password, you will be emailed your new password within a few minutes.

Recover IT Admin Password

To reset your IT Admin account's password you'll need two pieces of information:

The username or login

If you do not have the login for your IT Admin account you can retrieve your login by following Username Recovery

An email address for one of the contacts listed on your account (Administrative, Technical, or Billing)

Once you have these two pieces of information you can go to our Administrator password reset form and input these two values to reset the password and have it emailed to all the contacts on the account.

Reset End-User Password as an IT Admin

To reset a password for an End Users account you will need to do the following:

  1. Login to the control panel with your Administrative account.
  2. Under Client Account on the left navigation bar, click User Management.
  3. On the Users Management page you will see a list of Users, Find the user you wish to reset the password for and under Actions click Edit.

There are multiple options available to choose from:

Change Password
By clicking this you will be able to manually change the password for the user.
Expire Password
Force user to change their password upon login.
Email user with login credentials
Sends an email to the user including the password after saving this form.
Set a random password
Ignore the password fields above and set a random password instead.

If you check all 3 options (Expire password, Email user with login credentials, and Set a random password) the End User will receive an email with their login credentials and once logged in with the new random password the user will be immediately prompted to create a new password.
