When contacting our support team by telephone for account changes, we will ask for your Customer Service Token as a secure way to authenticate your identity.

A Customer Service Token is a unique key that both a user and SpamStopsHere Support member can view to authenticate requests.

  1. Login to the control panel
  2. At the bottom of the Client Overview page you will see Account Preferences & Codes.
  3. To generate a Support Code click Generate.
