If you primarily use our Zimbra Webmail Portal to access your email, you may want to create Address Book/Contact entries there. If you use Outlook or some other third-party mail client, then you may want to maintain your Address Book/Contacts within that program. Here's how to create a new entry within our Zimbra webmail portal.

1. Login to your Zimbra Account and click your Address Book tab.


2. Under the Address Book tab, click New Contact.


3. When you click on New Contact you will be presented with several fields to populate for your new contact. Once you are finished, click the Save button.


4. Once you save the contact, you will be shown the saved entry.
