When viewing an archived message you may notice a blue Actions drop down button. This drop down reveals many options for you to choose from that effects the message in different ways. To access these actions:
To Redeliver / Restore a message, under the Action drop down select Redeliver.
The Redeliver Messages page allows you to select the original recipient or specify a different address to deliver the message to. You can also select hide the message from displaying in the archive after delivery. Once your configuration is complete, click Run Job.
To Change Archive TTL a message, under the Action drop down select Change Archive TTL.
Change Archive TTL allows you to change the expiration details of a single message or a group of them. Available options are Never expire message(s) and Expire message(s) on: (You can then select a particular date).
To Reply or Forward a message, under the Action drop down select Reply or Forward.
This process is identical to any other mail client and sends straight from your archive.
To Export to File a message, under the Action drop down select Export to File.
File Exports are EML format and will be charged at $0.01 per 1,000 messages or 1 megabyte exported, whichever comes first and calculations are rounded up.
These charges are based on a 30 day calendar month starting on the 1st of each month. So if user1 exports 500 message the first week, and then user2 exports 1000 messages the second week. You would be billed $0.02 at the end of your billing cycle assuming that these messages do not exceed 2MB total.
