This section contains all of our contact info, including our phone number, and address' to contact our support team and even our CEO's
Tickets
This option will open a new browser linking to our ticket system. Whenver you have any issue with your SpamStopsHere service, you may open a support ticket. Our 24/7 support staff will attend to your request.
To create a new ticket, at the bottom of the page is a Create a New Ticket wizard, and fill out the requested information.
Customer Service Token
When contacting our support team by telephone for account changes, we will ask for your Customer Service Token, as a secure way to authenticate your identity. It is a unique key that both a user that can log into your SpamStopsHere Admin panel, and SpamStopsHere Support analists can view to authenticate requests.

Mail Test Utility
This will allow you to test connectivity from a subset of our servers to your mailserver, to help you troubleshoot any connectivity issues you may be experiencing.
Report Spam
When you recieve a message that you feel should have been blocked by our service, you can use this webform to send a spam report to our 24/7 Spam Analists. Please remember to include the full internet headers as well as the body of the email.
You can also forward emails as an attachement to spam@spamstopshere.com
Archived MX Records
Our system will log your current domain's MX records so you can see what they used to be, incase you ever need to reference that data again.

Billing (Secure)
This section will allow you to input your credit card information for billing purposes.
Note: Please make sure that your SpamStopsHere billing address matches your Credit Card billing info, to avoid any payment complications.
Remember to keep your Credit Card information up-to-date, especially if you are issued a new card. If your card is declined for a monthly billing, we will terminate your service within 10 days. We will of course do our best to contact you via e-mail, telephone and regular mail.
To update your Credit Card information:
- Click on the left side "Billing Info" link.
- Review the current information. To change it, click on "Edit" at the bottom of the page.
- Enter the new Credit Card number, expiration date and name of card.
- Click on "Save".
Billing Statements
This link will take you to past billing statements acrued from our service.
Contact Info
This section allows you to define different users in your orgnization that may contact or be contacted by our support team. Please try to keep an updated email address in for your Technial contact, as many of our automated forms and replies are sent directly to this user.
It is important to keep your account information up-to-date, including the names and e-mail addresses of the Administrative, Billing and Technical contacts. If you are paying for this service by automatic monthly charges to a credit card, please update the credit card number and/or expiration date if it changes.
To update your contact information:
- Click on the left side "Contact Info" link.
- Review the current information. To change it, click on "Edit" at the bottom of the page.
- Change any necessary information.
- Click on "Save" at the bottom of the page.
Password
The signup process assigns you an initial password. If desired, you can change it. To change your password: Click on the left side "Change password" link. Enter your current password again. Enter the new password and verify it. Click on "Submit" at the bottom of the page.
