Importing .PST files from Outlook to Zimbra

• This guide is for users that have already created backups of their Outlook folders in .pst format.

Step 1 - Download the "PST Import Wizard"

Step 2 - Unzip and open the PST Import Wizard

Step 3 - Enter Settings

• Hostname: mail.greenviewdata.com
• Use Secure Connection
• Your email address you would like to import to
• Your password

Step 4 - Browse for your PST file

Step 5 - Select your import items

Step 6 - Select your import items

Step 7 - Click OK

Step 8 - Allow the program to import

Step 9 - Finish
