Installing Zimbra Connector for Outlook

Step 1 - Log into your Administrator account

• Log into your Zimbra Administrator account via a web browser
• Click on Downloads at the top right corner of the browser
• or click the following URL:

https://mail.greenviewdata.com/downloads/index.html

Step 2 - Download the connector

• Click on "Zimbra Connector for Outlook"

Step 3 - Save the connector

• Save the connector to your desired location

Step 4 - Open the connector

• Double click to install

Step 5 - Click Next

Step 6 - Read / Accept License Agreement

• Click Next

Step 7 - Confirm Installation

• Click Next

Step 8 - Wait for install

Step 8 - Installation Complete

Step 9 - Open Outlook

• The Zimbra wizard should load automatically

Step 10 - Configure Connector

• Server Name: mail.greenviewdata.com
• Use Secure Connection
• Your e-mail address
• Your password
• Click OK

• Outlook will restart
• New mail account will be ready to use
