Setting up Zimbra Desktop

Step 1 - Add New Account

Step 2 - Enter Account Information

ADD NEW ACCOUNT

• Account Type
  • Select either:
    • IMAP please use port 993
    • POP3 please use port 995
• Account Name
• Your Name
• Your email address

RECEIVING MAIL

• Enter your email address as the User Name
• Enter your password
• Incoming server Information
• Use SSL encryption when accessing this server

SENDING MAIL

• Outgoing server Information
• Use SSL encryption when sending mail
• Check Authentication
  • Enter your email address as the User Name
  • Enter your password
  • Your Name
  • Your email address

SYNCHRONIZATION SETTINGS

• New messages
  • Select either:
    • Delete after downloading
    • Leave on server

Step 3 - Validate & Save
