Setting up Outlook Express

Step 1 - Click Tools and then Accounts

Step 2 - Click Add and then Mail

Step 3 - Display Name

• Enter your name

Step 4 - Internet E-mail Address

• Enter your email address

Step 5 - E-mail Server Names

• • Select either:
    • IMAP
    • POP3
• Enter both incoming and outgoing server Information

Step 6 - Internet Mail Logon

• Enter your email address as the Account Name
• Enter your password

Step 7 - Click Finish

Step 8 - Select Account and click Properties

Step 9 - Click on the Servers tab

• Check "My server requires authentication"

Step 10 - Click Settings

• Check "Use same settings as my incoming mail server"
• Click OK

Step 11 - Click on the Advanced tab

• Check "This server requires a secure connection (SSL)" for both incoming and outgoing.
  • POP please use port 995
  • IMAP please use port 993
• Click OK
• Click Close
