Step 1 - Click Tools and then Account Settings

Step 2 - Click New in Account Settings

Step 3 - Check box to manually configure account

Step 4 - Select Internet E-mail

Step 5 - Enter settings

• Your name
• Your email address
• Server Information
  • Select either:
    • IMAP
    • POP3
• Enter your email address as the User Name
• Enter your password
• Click More Settings

Step 6 - Enable outbound email authentication

Enable outbound authentication using your inbound email credentials.

Step 7 - Enable SSL encryption

Enable SSL transport encryption for POP3/IMAP. It is also recommended to enable outbound (SMTP) SSL encryption.

• POP please use port 995
• IMAP please use port 993

Step 8 - Finish
