1. Click on "Preferences".
2. Select "Mail" on the left side.
3. Go to the second section named "Receiving Messages"
4. Place a check next to "Send auto-reply message:"
5. Place your message in the text box.
6. Configure your out of office dates below.
7. You must click "Save" towards the top to enable.
