Spool and Suspend

For instances when you know you will be taking your mailserver down, we offer a spool and suspend function. When it is enabled, we will spool all email bound for your domain on our servers, and not attempt to deliver these messages until the service is disabled.

During this time, there will be no deferred or rejection messages sent out to your senders, since your messages will be in "limbo" in our system.

You can also use this feature when major failures happen with your mailserver.
