Retrieving your Username

To have us send you your username for your End-user account, just go to http://control.greenviewdata.com/users/forgot_usernames and input your email address, your username will be emailed to you shortly.

To have us send the username for your IT Admin account, you'll need to know one of the email addresses we have listed as either a "Administrative" or "Technical" contact. Once you have this email address, simply go to http://control.greenviewdata.com/users/forgot_usernames and enter the email address and we'll send it to both the Administrative and Technical contacts. You can then use this username to reset your IT Admin account's password if necessary.

Note: If you are the Administrative or Technical contact and you also have an end-user account, you'll be sent all the usernames associated to your email address.
