Resetting your Admin password

To reset your IT Admin account's password you'll need two pieces of information.


1. The "username" or "login"

If you do not have the login for your IT Admin account you can retrieve your login by following these steps

2. An email address for one of the contacts listed on your account (Administrative, Technical, or Billing)


Once you have these two pieces of information you can go to our Administrator password reset form and input these two values to reset the password and have it emailed to all the contacts on the account.
