Email Client Configuration

There are a multitude of free and commercial mail clients available for use. Regardless of what mail client you use, you will need the following information to properly configure your client:


  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Username: <yourname>@<yourdomain.com>
  • Password
  • Incoming Mail Server name: mail.greenviewdata.com
  • Outgoing Mail Server name: mail.greenviewdata.com
  • Port numbers to use:
  • POP3 - 995 (incoming)
  • IMAP - 993 (incoming)
  • SMTP - 465 (outgoing)
  • Use SSL or "secure connection" (The wording will vary from client to client)
