This FAQ is written to give new users of our SpamStopsHere service an overview of their new administration panel. In this interface, you will be able to fine tune our service to better match the needs of your company, and the email policies that you wish to enforce. This FAQ will cover all aspects of our administration interface.

General Overview

This interface allows you to change almost all aspects of your anti-spam service. This document will cover in detail everything that you will be able to access and change while logged in.

In the center of the page you will see an overview of your current service with us. This incudes the number of domains, mailboxes, and when you first started using our service.

Global Account Tools

To the left of the page there are a list of tools to configure global settings for your account. For more information, go to our Global Account Tools document.

Domain Specific Configuration

Listed under the heading Domain Name, you will see a list of your current subscribed domains, with links to their configuration options, statistics, and if you are subscribed to Enterprise Edition, your quarantine.

Below the Domain Name section, you will see an option for Spool and Suspend Email, and options to enable additonal services we offer.

At the very bottom of the page, you will see a box that allows you the option to have your mail be inserted into our anti-spam system so we can scan and monitor your domain's traffic for new types of spam campaigns.
